Refund policy
Please email hello@vicsenthelabel.com for assistance to report a problem with your order. Include your order number, name & order issue.
We currently offer returns in the form of a store credit for tops and bras only as long as the item(s) is still in its original condition, subject to the rules below:
- You have 14 days to return tops and bras from when they are delivered. We don’t accept returns after the relevant returns period. If you try to make a late return, we’ll have to send it back to you & ask you to cover the shipping costs. Late returns due to shipping are an exception & must be proven by you.
- Item(s) returned must be unworn & in a sellable condition.
- Item(s) must not be washed or soiled by fragrances or any other smell.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid receipt.
- Store credit will be issued upon receiving your return and approving its condition in the form of a digital gift card.
All bodysuits, playsuits, and bottoms are final sale.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Vicsen the Label doesn’t provide pre-paid return labels. You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return any item(s).
Use a tracked/signed shipping service to return your package. Don’t forget to keep proof of postage until your return has been processed.
If you’re returning from outside of the US, you’ll be responsible for any shipping duties & taxes that may occur. If this is the case, we’ll notify you.
